Okay, this is just stupid. WTF??????????????? He could of just taken a settlement, but no, he has to take it to courts. He is wasting time and money. There are real lawsuits, not stupid frivolous ones. :grr:

When lawyers clog up the legal system with rediculous lawsuits like these, they should be disbarred.

I saw the story on ABC yesterday morning (I think).

This guy is a judge. I think every frivolous lawsuit within 500 miles ought to be given to him for the rest of his tenure.

This is just the norm and does not surprise me at all. If they sue over selling food at McDonalds because that made them gain weight or over spilt hot coffee on them, they will sue for anything. Just a joke in the US how people get by suing over anything.

We should sue people who file frivolous lawsuits.

This judge should be disbarred and removed from the courts.

The guy wasn't able to wear his prized pants for his first day on the bench. He suffered mental suffering, inconvenience, and discomfort.

My response to him would be:

This is all a joke. Why does the news media spend all their time showing these stupid lawsuits, etc. Like there is no other news to report. Why don't we hear more stories about normal every day people who have accomplished good in their lives instead of the jerks who rob everyone?

This is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. This guy should be arrested for clogging up our court system.
