What does this large upper low means?

#1 Postby HUC » Tue Jun 26, 2007 6:18 am

There is a large upper low over the Atlantic from the 500mb,and aloft, centered well NE of the lesser Antilles.
Does this situation is a predictive pattern for the weeks to come,or this is only a temporary feature??
