I'll be conservative - I think it will be classified today, but it likely will occur at the 11 p.m. EDT update.

I think the'yll wait because the storm is far. If it was in the Carribean, I'd say yes.

18z models still called it an invest, now they could always rerun them and call it a TD, but given that it's way out there I think they'll wait til 11 probably, so I voted no.

I said no because I dont think it will be a TD until 11, but I do think it will happen today.

Ok, maybe not, but the convection is AHEAD of the LLC, which is better than being behind it. And the LLC is clearly closed and clearly visible. I give a 40% chance of TD4 a 5pm.

I don't see it being classified tonight. Someone else mentioned this and I agree that the night shift has been very pessimistic on this system.
