I say yes, on the completely non-factual trnd I *think* I have seen concerning convection seeing to fire better at night.

I'll go out on a limb: I voted yes. The current structural trends indicate a slight possibility of an 11 p.m. EDT upgrade.

Can't see an upgrade tonight when it's way out there right now and not bothering anyone really. I think they will wait for a good set of visibles. For many reasons the NHC wants to be picture perfect on this one.
