I voted for 5PM Tuesday too. I think that it will fire some reds tonight over the circulation, and will maintain it into tomorrow (just a gut feeling)

5 PM Wednesday.
It seems this season it takes like forever to be classified a TD and in no time at all we have a Hurricane (at least in the low tropics)
