New Development in SW Caribbean?
Looks like something new is trying to get going in the SW Caribbean even though 93L has fizzled. Thoughts?

Latest: convection is on the increase and it seems to have stalled.

Look at the WV. Even if it did develop there's a steel lid of a High pressure regime above it.
