Atlantic more favorable?

I was just reading my daily forecast off of the 'Texas Skywarn' homepage and they left the forecast with this sentence...........



PATTERN ACROSS THE WESTERN
ATLANTIC LOOKS TO BECOME MORE FAVORABLE FOR SUSTAINABLE TROPICAL
DEVELOPMENT AFTER NEXT THURSDAY.


Are they right?

MJO becomes negative per Stormsfury and MWatkins. Let the games begin. And YES I was right on the money with my two week prediction.

I hope not, but the EURO/Canadian/GFS all are calling for a pattern change in 7 days.
