949/120 was lowest pressure/max winds. The report also includes pictures of damage to the East Lae’apuki bench.

all forecasts at the 12 and 96 hour time periods lacked skill. CLIPER trounced them, indicating that it was a very easy forecast (50 NM error for CLIPER)

The last advisories from NHC had 115 knots and 950 mb. We'll see if they go lower than CPHC.

The NHC will use the CPHC best-track for all points west of 140W.

I meant just before it entered CPHC's area of responsibility.

Acknowledgements:
The 403rd wing of the US Air Force Reserve 53rd Weather squadron flew reconnaissance missions into Flossie while it was a threat to the Aloha State. The people of the State of Hawaii and the staff of CPHC wish to extend a big Mahalo to those who flew these critical missions, which provided important data in real-time to the forecasters at CPHC.

Last position in the NHC AOR was 950/115, which matches the last NHC advisory intensity.
