well latest computer runs have storm further west and the phasing of the mid atlantic storm with a closed low that is now developing over eastern ontario and forecast to dive se (and phase as aforementioned) could bring the snow band out thru pittsburgh up to buffalo and just east while the storm shifting west could cause flooding concerns in central new england as it becomes now a primarily rain event there with the exception of a few slushy inches at the onset

Big question right now is how far North and West the center get, before it stalls and than drifts generally Eastward. It is still up in the air, and any change in track will of course change the effects on land areas.
