Funny forecast!!

Check out the part for Tues. nite for Providence RI,I couldn't get the link to work but it said " snow developing and much milder, lows in the mid 20s" I guess it is relatively speaking. :lol:

You know it's cold when mid-20's are "much milder". :lol:
