WIND CHILL WARNING FOR:
RANKIN REGION INCLUDING WHALE COVE-CHESTERFIELD INLET.

EXTREME WIND CHILL VALUES HAVE DEVELOPED OVER THE RANKIN
REGION.

THIS IS A WARNING THAT EXTREME WIND CHILL CONDITIONS ARE
IMMINENT OR OCCURRING IN THESE REGIONS. MONITOR WEATHER
CONDITIONS..LISTEN FOR UPDATED STATEMENTS.

==DISCUSSION==
TEMPERATURES NEAR MINUS 38 ALONG WITH NORTHWEST WINDS OF 30 KM/H ARE
GENERATING EXTREME WIND CHILL CONDITIONS OVER THE RANKIN REGION
.
LITTLE CHANGE IS EXPECTED INTO THURSDAY AS THE BRISK WINDS AND COLD
TEMPERATURE PERSIST.

AT THESE EXTREME WIND CHILL VALUES FROSTBITE ON EXPOSED SKIN MAY
OCCUR IN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES
