Preciptation has all ended here in Weatherford. Snow never stuck on anything. Still 35°.

I don't see much from the ECMWF mid-week, it is next weekend Saturday. GEM looks promising.

Quit teasing us. :P

Congratulations to all who got, is getting, or is going to get snow. Just a cold rain in SE TX.

Enjoy your snow and feel free to send some of it south! :)

Back to moderate snow in Texarkana. It has been below freezing all day. I currently have 26.6.

Ntxw, has the warm pocket of air moved out of this NE Texas region?

Looks like where I'm at we've been in the light snow sliver almost for the whole event. Kind of circling around us and not moving anywhere.

You'll get a good dosing soon coming from the ese, barring anything drastic lol. (This storm has been testing you)

Swaha, you should be in all snow the rest of today 850 below 0c now I think.

NWS has 1" widespread eastern Tarrant county eastward reported and 4+ in and around Collin county

The precip shield is dying off, what an odd turn of events! I think Portastorm somewhere down south is huffing and puffing it away.

I don't see anything for tonight, but you should probably take the same advice for tomorrow morning's commute since the roads are very wet and slushy in some places. Cold front is coming through tomorrow and might have drizzle with it behind the front.

Okay thanks. Just was curious because the news and NWS said later tonight that freezing rain was possible after all the snow and this system moved off.

4 inches on the ground here in Frisco, temp at 30.1, snow still falling at a fairly decent clip atm.

Regarding the freezing drizzle this is the latest the NWS has said about it.

RAIN SNOW LINE HAS BEEN SLOWLY MOVING SOUTHEAST THROUGHOUT THE
MORNING. HAVE HAD REPORTS OF SNOW AND SLEET IN NE DALLAS COUNTY
AS WELL AS DENTON...WISE...AND ELLIS. THIS WILL CONTINUE TO HAPPEN
AND WILL START THE TAFS OUT WITH RASN AND THEN QUICKLY TRANSITION
TO ALL SN AFTER 19Z. SNOW WILL LAST SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE THE
PRECIP BAND MOVES TO THE EAST. IFR CONDS WILL PREVAIL FOR MOST OF
THE PERIOD. MOST OF THE MOISTURE WILL EXIT THE REGION...BUT
FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL BE A CONCERN OVERNIGHT AS TEMPERATURES DROP
INTO THE MIDDLE 20S AND LIGHT DRIZZLE IS EXPECTED. THE FREEZING
DRIZZLE IS EXPECTED AT WACO AS WELL.

So I guess they're expecting some type of drizzle happening overnight.
