wxguy...would it be possible for those "few or a couple inches" to move on over to the florida panhandle as well?

12z ECMWF further offshore with the 850mb RH =>90%, and a very sharp cutoff point ...

right now, waffling, waffling between dropping the threat in Coastal SC altogether, or holding on just a little bit longer. Confidence on this is at an all-time low, and working 11 hour days at the Post Office just isn't helping me thing all too clearly at the moment ...

GFS/ETA are oh, so close, also with very sharp cutoff points.

Never dreamt I'd say it, but hopefully the north trend is my friend ...

THREE years on January 3rd, 2005 and it was only an inch. It's supposed to snow more than that here. I hope it doesn't snow on the coast unless it snows here which it's not going to. It's not fair.

I don't complain when areas to the north get snow and I don't, but I DO complain when people SOUTH of me get snow. It's not right. :grr:

Poor Gulf Coasters! I couldnt imagine anticipating the snow only for the models to flip flop each run!! And we are 48 hours out! I really hope they get the snow though. It would be amazing for the Panhandle to have more than an inch on the ground.

gfs is out ... It wants to increase the moisture for the deep south somewhat. But still keeps it close to the coast.
