It's 46 degrees Fahrenheit in my area, although an adjacent private station indicates 47.4 degrees Fahrenheit.

I'm so angry I'm in San Juan right now and not in Orlando. It's already down to 36 with a windchill of 27!

Southeast Texas dominates Florida for Arctic weather.

28ºF (-3º) already in Conroe, just outside Houston, where the sun sets an hour later than Florida.

Ok, so I put a 12 ounce bottle of Pepsi and a bottled water outside for the night to get cold. Haha. I live about 1.5 miles from the coast so I don't expect them to freeze, but I know
they will be super cold in the morning. Yes, this is what excites native SoFla's in the winter. The idea that you can leave a drink outside overnight and have it actually be as cold as
your refridgerated drinks in the AM is beyond cool :) I'm also going to leave a wet
washcloth outside too to see if it gets frosted. Yay!

Oh, I know, hotter in the summer, colder in the winter, enough snow to dust the palm trees on Christmas Eve, 2004. No state income tax. All four seasons, every year. Beaches an hour to the South, mountains just ten hours to the West.

Fewer natural disasters than any other state even close to it in size.

I do remember a nasty freeze in Orlando around Christmas or New Years 84/85 when I was living in 32813.

Are you gonna check that class of water all night, if not how do you know if it froze?

37F here in NPB

NWS forecast point low for my neighborhood is 36F. Think we should be able to get there. However, winds are still howling

PBI Obs as of 11:53pm

39°F
(4°C) Humidity: 43 %
Wind Speed: NW 15 MPH
Barometer: 30.45" (1030.9 mb)

Wow, it's already 39...when is the coldest temps? Isn't it around 4-6am? I want to try and get up when the temps are the lowest.
