Heavy sleet here in the Wichita Falls area. It is accumulating quite a bit so far. Local mets have increased snow amounts for the area.

Oddly enough the freezing rain has converted to just straight rain here in WF. At least where I’m at

Only school district that has canceled school in the SA Metro Area so far is Boerne ISD. I guess the Winter Weather that was supposed to happen on January 20th made a lot of local officials hesitant about what to do now.

I know using ensembles is kind of moot at this point as OPs would weigh more value (only one solution can verify) but man you don't see this everyday. includes sleet and all, just to emphasize qpf for this system. For fun.

As the sun angle lowers and precip moves-in, that freezing line should progress to the SE.

It’s still a spring-like 73 degrees down here in the woods. My lunchtime run felt great.

It's snowing like crazy in OKC, you should see the ODOT Cameras.

My temp was around 39, but is now 37 with rain, so it seems the rain is having a slight cooling effect.

It has been heavy sleet here in Burkburnett. Ground is already white from it.

Sleeting outside, 25°F

The wellhouse is currently at 58°F (Only need to worry if it gets below 45°F)

NWS Norman says 6-8 for my area, but I'm thinking up to a foot as well.
