Absolutely! Hope this stuff moves up north and gives you Metroplexers some wintry joy!

It seems like what ends up at my place goes through Keller. So probably 17F and couple inch of sleet.
That is close enough - thank you very much. Worrying about plumbing, trees , and structures covering 300 miles of the state . . . has me a bit washed out.

I’m looking immediately to the sw and it’s impressive for the immediate future but the fact that sw flow is way out in central NM blows me away. If it comes due east it’s an amazing setup. If it lifts NE west of DFW I would be disappointed but not heartbroken.

Think it's sleet, those pings are surrounded by ice pellets mpings. The stuff out west in Parker and Wise counties moving into Denton and FW might be snow though.

I'm checking every 20 minutes or so and every time I do the sleet gets heavier.

I called 2 bands remaining for DFW earlier in the thread and I'm sticking to that.

Lol, just walked out the door to check and it's heavy sleet and a flash of lightning greeted me. Thunder was far behind.

I can report as much as I wish it was snow it isn’t it’s heavy sleet. The backend is about a county away I’m sitting at 14 degrees.
