Actually all sleet now.

Geez. Hope that doesn’t cause too many outages/downed trees. Sounds brutal.

Im kind of being dry slotted at the moment. Im in between bands currently, since the band heading into GLS is so strong. Sinking air on the west side of it :(

Just trust me on this one, you don't want what we're getting in NW Houston right now. Heavy rain and sleet at 19 degrees.

I'm moving to the Equator after this.

I dont mind it one bit as i sit next to my fire lol

Remember that run that had Beaumont getting a ton of snow and QPF, well it looks good now. Train of cells headed that way over the next few hours.

Holy crap, it's sleeting buckets now. Sleet is pouring off my roof like rain. There are spots with 6" or more easy where it's piling up. Just had lightning too. I've never in my life seen this much sleet.

Ok now I'm getting worried, it's raining hard again. This crap sucks.

I'm getting worried now because it's raining hard again. We seriously don't need this. How many more hours of this crap do eye have left? And it's 19 degrees!

The next heavy band is hitting now. 4" on the ground, expecting additional 6-8". Temp is 11. Thankfully my house is very sheltered from wind but wind chills around me are -5 to -10.

Is Ercot doing the rolling blackouts currently, cause we lost power right at 2, just wondering if any others here in Beast Texas lost theirs?

Yes, they're doing the rolling blackouts. Currently without power in Burleson.
