I'm just outside Tyler headed to Dallas....I 20 conditions? Haven't even seen frz mark yet

Drive carefully in slush, visibility is really low once you hit the metroplex. Many locations are down to half mile or less.

Looks like another moderate to heavy snow band the short range models were forecasting is starting to form southwest of Fort Worth. Another round will move through the metroplex over the next few hours.

You can see the upper level trough's influence on temperatures as it moves through west central Texas right now. The snow line is moving quickly to the south in that area. Very impressive radar returns as well.

It's the influence of the upper level trough moving in from the west. It will get even drier and ratios will go up as the day goes on.

Most of the cement pictures I have seen show SLUSH. But I am not in Dallas so I can't see.

Either slush, or just wet with water. When the snow slacked up earlier, most of the slush on the roads I drove on melted.

Yes, just like I thought it would be. Tonight it will refreeze on the overpasses
