Looks like we'll end up with three to four inches in the Denison and Sherman areas. Depending on whether any additional accumulation occurs overnight from the snow developing back to the west.

In about the last hour my temp dropped from 36 to 32 and the weather service changed my forecast from rain to freezing rain for the night.

Yeah, we started the day with one to two inches in the forecast and got twice that. And here at sunset, it's still snowing, eight and a half hours after it started.

Definitely a couple of days of overachieving snow events across various portions of North Texas. :D

I think that's precisely why the schools and offices were full today. I was going to go to work around 930, saw what was happening in west fort worth and decided nope..I'm working from home. Yet again.

So you're seeing snow? Weatherford is reporting freezing rain but I've been questioning that

Well, whatever is falling over there, it looks to be expanding on radar. Also, a little snow has started up again here.

Also, I checked NWS and it had a graphic that included my location within the scalloped area and showing the possibility of one more inch of snow by 6pm....hmmm

Scratch that- went back and Just checked that again and the line moved up

I find that IMGUR is much better for uploading photos. Just get the photos from your phone/camera on to your desktop, and then click the "Upload Images" at the top of IMGUR's front page, and then select "Browse Computer" and select the images you wish to upload. You can also click the "Create Album" button to create an album of your photographs. Hope this helps you figure out how to get your stuff loaded!

It's only snow grains but it's coming down enough to make you wet if you stand outside and throw the frisbee to the dog - that's a live report from Kellerville America folks.
