Maybe that email was delayed from a few days ago? I don't see any snow/ice threat for Oklahoma through the next 10 days at least. You'll see afternoon highs in the 50s by Sunday and up in the 60s and 70s next week.

Any thoughts on next weeks snow chances for Ok. Okc stations are starting to talk about it.

I'm not seeing much of anything in the latest models. GFS indicates a few inches of snow in the OK Panhandle and northward into central KS next Saturday/Sunday. That's about it. Euro, Canadian and GFS keep the 850mb freezing line north of Oklahoma for the next 10 days.
