Still have a bit more heavy rain at my house and at 2.15, so pretty darn impressive.

Please keep em coming! My dad in SA just let me know he got 0.50 inch from this event, and is now up to 2 inches for the month so far. Not bad at all, I'm thankful!

Nice graphic from last weeks Cold Outbreak, really impressive cold....GFS had about 12 hours of below freezing a few days leading up to the event! Just atrocious, DO NOT TRUST THAT MODEL WITH ARCTIC AIRMASSES!!

Subjective analogs for day 10+ shows a cold bleed from W-C Canada for the last third of February. Look for another poleward Aleutian ridge pattern leading to -EPO cold air damming event. Ensembles are there.

Looks like favorable setup for the southern plains! Should be cattle prodded by the Major System moving thru around the 15-16th....which still has time to trend further south

There’s been talk about this since late December and nothing has came out of it.

Re: Texas Winter 2022-2023
Up to 1 inch of snow could occur at my area tomorrow morning
There are a lot of crashes in OKC right now because of the Black Ice that formed last night.
