NOAA is predicting a "average winter" for the midwest and northeast. i would belive them. http://www.noaa.com . THEY ARE ALSO SAYING COULD BE A FEW SNOWFAKES IN WISCONSIN TUESDAY AND TUESDAYS NIGHT INTO WESNESDAY!! I think this is a sign that says winter is coming and i predict it will be cold and snowy. heres another outlook like noaa. http://www.storm2k.org/Weather-Central/ ... utlook.htm
they have been right so far and i think it will be right.

lets hope for lots of snow, but don't get too excited. its ok to but they could be wrong. but lets hope there not.
