Sure it doesn't look very good now, but I won't write winter off yet. This is only November 30 after all.

This is like your typical post in June when nothing tropical has gotten going yet and people are getting edgy for the first one to start. I don't know how many of those posts we saw this year and then all of the sudden, BANG! the tropicals kept spitting storms out at us.

I do not like hurricanes at all, but I wish the snow season would be as excessive as Florida's 'cane season was. Meaning, I wish snowstorm after snowstorm after snowstorm hit all over the country this season. I want there to be so much excessive snow in the big cities this winter that it makes global headlines and people everywhere are clucking their tongues in sympathy and chanting, "poor old Washington DC, too bad they got dumped on by four consecutive 2 foot blizzards and super Siberian expresses."

Sure I'm -removed- but it would be nice. :)

Did I say all winter long? No. I sand January 1st. Then Mid Winter pattern shift and MECS City. Also, CAD CITY.

Given this is the 360-hr GFS, and this is purely a fantasy, but.........I wonder what the sfc temps would be in DCA in this fantasy scenario.....
