Channel 3 in CT (WFSB-TV in Hartford) names every significant winter storm in a fashion similar to that of naming hurricanes.

We got like 5-6 inches from that same storm here in Minnesota. I remember it so well because it was our first and ONLY winter storm that year, and it was beautiful because the next day it was completely sunny with all the fresh snow. Ah, I miss the snowstorms now, I hope we get one in February.

Wasn't that that one that dropped 3 feet on Boston?
