Tornado warning near Baton Rouge.

A tornado warning is in effect for east Baton Rouge Parish in Louisiana in effect until 4:15 PM CST. At 3:42 PM CST, doppler radar indicated a severe thunerstorm capable of producing a tornado near Baker movinf northeast at 55 mph.

Communities in the path of this possible tornado include Baker, Zachary, and Greenwell Springs.

This tornado maybe wrapped in rain. Do not wait to see or hear it coming. It maybe too late. Seek shelter immediately in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.

A tornado watch is in effect until 5 PM CST for this warned area. Severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes with little or no advances warning.
