TX...SERN OK...SWRN AR...PORTIONS OF NWRN LA...

WELL DEFINED LEWP IS PROGRESSING RAPIDLY EWD ACROSS TX AT ROUGHLY
50KT...ESPECIALLY ALONG NRN PORTIONS OF THE LINE. THIS ACTIVITY
WILL MOVE EAST OF CURRENT TORNADO WATCH #23 BY 22Z. STRENGTHENING
SHEAR PROFILES BENEATH 100KT+ UPPER SPEED MAX WILL MAINTAIN VERY
FAVORABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR SUPERCELLS. DAMAGING WINDS AND POSSIBLY
TORNADOES WILL ACCOMPANY THIS ACTIVITY.
