NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE NASHVILLE TN
649 PM CST FRI MAR 5 2004

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
GILES COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF PULASKI
LAWRENCE COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF LAWRENCEBURG
WAYNE COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF WAYNESBORO

* UNTIL 745 PM CST

* AT 642 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
A CLUSTER OF SEVERE STORMS...POSSIBLY CONTAINING TORNADOES MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 60 MPH FROM MISSISSIPPI INTO SOUTHWEST MIDDLE TENNESSEE.


* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
WAYNESBORO AT 700 PM
LAWRENCEBURG AT 710 PM
PULASKI AT 715 PM

DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO MAY FORM AT ANY TIME. TAKE COVER
NOW. ABANDON MOBILE HOMES AND VEHICLES. MOVE TO A BASEMENT...AN
INTERIOR ROOM OR HALLWAY...ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.

HEAVY RAIN COULD HIDE THIS TORNADO. TAKE COVER NOW! IF YOU WAIT UNTIL
YOU SEE OR HEAR IT COMING, IT MAY BE TOO LATE TO GET TO A SAFE PLACE.

Please stay safe Breeze.. NORTHEAST AT 60 MPH! That is incredibly fast. There's gotta be a twister in 1 of those if it's moving that quick..

All clear - flash flood warning posted, now...
I ain't going anywhere to float my boat!

No reports of damage, at the moment. Hopefully,
this was a doppler-indicated rotation that never
surfaced on the ground!
