fire weather q...
for those of you living in the W for a number of years now, has there been a surge in fire events over say the past 20-30 years due to population increase or no? i don't know anything about the W nor where to access statistics but was wondering how much activity in recent years is exclusively due to man.

I don't have the EXACT #'s on man caused fires but YES! With the Urban Interface increasing in LARGE numbers, the # of fires HAVE increased. Here's a GOOD website for fire info...........
