with all the storms this year, I wonder what monsoon season will be like this year in Arizona?

I have always wondered when the monsoon season starts and whether it also measures anything about the hurricane season.

Weren't you able to merge Captin Crunch's NOAA Spring Outlook original post that he had started this morning into your's from March 17th? :)
