Two rotations went by me. During both, winds picked up, there was on and off REALLY hard rain, and was pitch black. My weather station switched wind directions twice during this as well. Got a little worried for sure at one point.
I took a video on radarscope, maybe i'll put it up.

Not surprised by this. I posted last night the subtropical jet was strong and linkage from the EPAC tropical convection bubble.
Note this is the 7th time DFW has hit 50" of rain.
Lots of severe weather in SE TX

I can imagine! Crazy spring like storm!
Got some mod rain though. Rained out trick or treating this yr for the kiddos lol
