Is it pretty chilly?

The Majority of the entire run is colder than normal! This is the mean Temperature on the 12z GEFS!

Finally back home, I was in Ada for a few days.

That mist outside is something else.

Is that 70" for Sierra Blanca Peak overlooking White Sands? Sierra Blanca is nearly 12k ft and regularly picks up snow. This setup might put the snow machine on full blast for days!

I was noticing earlier the TWC app had two chances at freezing rain here and consistently cold. I don't see how you can hate the pattern coming if you want cold

That torch next week looks very short lived for sure

GFS has a winter storm around day 11 just northwest of DFW. This is the timeframe I'm curious about too

Including what’s been recorded through 6:00 this morning (.28”), DFW only needs 1.09” more to reach Top 10 wettest November.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone :cheesy:

I know the background state still says La Nina, but we have been in a El Nino type pattern since October, and I see no change in that through Winter. :ggreen:

Happy Thanksgiving to the S2K crew. May we have a cold and snowy winter ahead!

May the resident heat miser experience miserable wintry days through March!

It was supposed to be lower to mid 60s today and a 10% chance of showers, so said the forecast 4 days ago.

2.25" so far IMBY marking another multi-inch rainfall event. It's been a crazy streak of these!
