koco news out of Oklahoma that 13 people were trapped in a rental house as the flood is happening and as of noon they were sending in helicopter to try and rescue them

Lots of small individual storms beginning to develop in North Texas in advance of the MCS heading this way.
Reed Timmer is in the area and has targeted the area north of Dallas/Fort Worth for his chasing efforts this afternoon.

This is down near Johnson City, Texas. I believe that it was this storm that had Emergency Mgt. in Fredericksburg reporting a tornado on the town's NE side a while ago.

Interestingly enough, not seeing any Flash Flood Warnings being issued in North Texas.Yet.
Maybe the MCS is moving too fast for that to be happening.
