got some fairly decent cold cloud tops over Florida right now and the rain has been spreading in from the SW again recently now spreading across and brewing all over the state.

Yep active radar indeed its really good to see as its helping to push up water levels in Lake O.

I'm glad we got a good rain yesterday. Looks like all the rain is heading north and inland away from me. Just a drizzle so far.

Good strong cells running down the central portion of the state with a cell also centered right over Lake O.

Looks like you folks in the central part of the state are getting a much needed washout today, though probably not so good for vacationers at the theme parks. Disney's probably making an extra million off those Mickey Mouse rain coats today.lol

Odd day on the southeast coast today. No rain at all, but a cloudy, milky-looking sky all day long. Felt like some nasty greenhouse effect going on.

This weather is unbearable. Worst June I've ever experienced in all my years living down here.

June is not supposed to be this dry, period. The week before last, we had some solid rain, and that has been IT. Before and after that, awful weather. Barely a cloud in the sky, again. What happened to the rainy season? I depend on afternoon rains to cool things off....otherwise, it's just hell.

Wow, I feel for you guys down there. Up here in the Orlando area, we have been getting pretty regular afternoon and evening rains for the last couple of weeks.

Well Patrick I do hope the rainfalls do come for you guys, I know you did get a decent amount of rain for a little while on that SW flow but as soon as the TW came through seems like you've reset to a drier pattern down there.

Very hazy now. Thin layer of clouds came in while I was in the pool.

We've had a good round of storms up here in the panhandle everyday now for the past week at least. And looking ahead doesn't look like the pattern will change much. It's been a few years since we've had a wet June like this.
