* NO FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE EARLY THIS MORNING...AND CONTINUE
RISING TO 16.4 FEET THURSDAY AFTERNOON. GO BELOW FLOOD STAGE EARLY
SATURDAY MORNING.
