RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO

RAINFALL OVER THE HONEY CREEK BASIN. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE
METEOROLOGISTS ESTIMATED THAT UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS
OCCURRED WITHIN THE HONEY CREEK BASIN IN ABOUT A ONE HOUR TIME
FRAME. THE COMMUNITY OF SOUTH WEST CITY WAS ALSO EXPERIENCING
