OF RAIN IN AN HOUR.
* FLASH FLOODING IS MOST LIKELY IN CITIES AND TOWNS IN THE WARNED
AREA...BUT IS ALSO POSSIBLE IN RURAL AREAS TOO. SOME LOCATIONS
THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE... OTTUMWA...ALBIA AND
