I'm looking for possible coverage from the Louisville area and (as a heads-up) the Nashville area.

Not necessarily.... No access to TV or computer. Only local radio stations. I am getting a weather radio to take down there and use when I go down this spring and summer so we have an idea of what is going on with the westher.

Hope everyone is safe, bvigal. Was there a direct hit on Memphis?

I'm going to invest in a weather radio myself...one that is portable, so I can have it wherever necessary. They can be used throughout North America.

For me, the biggest severe weather events tend to happen from May to August.

I got a weather radio for like $5 on clearance at Walgreen's!

I'm thinking maybe we should make a reference list of streaming TV and radio stations.... do you guys think that's a good idea? I'd be willing to keep a compiled list with help finding them as events occur....

I'll try to work on it too; most of them only stream during severe events.

That would be nice to have.. A list of sites that provide live streaming during severe weather events.

Thanks; any station (always an NBC affiliate) with a WeatherPlus works. We'll need coverage for basically every region east of the Rockies in North America as tornado events are common in the entire region.

Looking at Lexington and Nashville for the next round of coverage, unless there are stations in between Memphis and Nashville.

WOW Iconium in St. Clair County MO had 1-inch hail this afternoon. That's three miles from the place I was staying at over the weekend. We left around 2 PM this afternoon.

As far as I see, Lexington has no live streams. There are two stations that have webcams looking over the city and those are at http://www.wkyt.com and http://www.wtvq.com.
