If it does, our drought might be so severe we'll *need * a hurricane to put a dent in it. Anyone have any idea/educated guess when we might get our next meaningful rainfall? Does not seem likely in the near future.....
Wednesday you may see some showers as the ridge temporarily weakens with a weak boundary settling south. Latest GFS shows that the you may get some convergence coastal showers coming in from the Bahamas to stick around through the end of the week with a persistent easterly wind. 12z GFS shows total rainfall to maybe get close to 1" in some areas. Keep your fingers crossed.
