Radar picking up velocities up to 75mph about 1.5kft above the ground with that one. No surprise it’s got a 70mph warning

Weather station IMBY picking up rainfall rate approaching 4"/hr. Not as much lightning yet here in North Dallas, but the rain is coming down very hard. Love it!

FWD had to issue a flash flood warning after about 20 minutes of that cell. Never seen one come down that quickly.

The flash flood warning in Tarrant is odd. It’s done almost and I only got .20. Not impressive compared the awesome rates in Dallas.

1" so far in south Cedar Park, and still raining! Started around 3am. Good soaker. Very nice change!

1.62 inches in my area missed 3+ by about 25 miles but Also missed out on severe weather so I’m not complaining.
