Meteorology Student needs help

Hey everyone,
I need help choosing a school to transfer to with a major in Meteorology. I would like to transfer and finish my BS in Florida, so the three schools I am looking at in the order of most interest to least interest: Florida State, University of Miami, and Florida International University.
1) Florida State University
Pros: Most widely recognized of the three.
-has a Phi Theta Kappa Alumni Association
-Large Meteorology program
-close relationship with the NWS another NOAA departments
-Could continue to MS degree
-Could diversify and explore different meteorology careers
-Well defined honors college
-Cheap...er (total of $14,000/year)
-$2,000 PTK scholarship
-Very established student life
Cons: Math based somewhat (not a good math student)
-May not be up to the admissions requirements (because of math and physics)
-Research university. I dont want to be a tool, and I would rather be in the field, and in the public eye.
2) University of Miami
Pros: small, but established Met Program
-more admissions friendly
-$16,000 PTK scholarship (of the 50G+ cost of attendance)
Cons: not too well known
-Expensive!
-No very known student organizations
-no active PTK/Phi Beta Kappa chapters (that I am aware of)
Comments: Small school, private
3) Florida International University
Pros: Medium sized school
-Already have a two-year full ride scholarship
-Already have automatic entrance into the Honors College
-Well established Honors College
-Somewhat less expensive (~$16,00/year)
-Possible $2000 scholarship
-NHC VERY close
Cons: Developing MET program, still diverging from geology
-Not much development for the MET program
If anyone has any relationship to any of these colleges, please give me your story and recommendation. I know I am not the only one on S2k pondering this thought, so you could be helping numerous people by responding. This is a life decision, and will change my life, so I need a lot of help making it. Any tips anyone has will be greatly appreciated!!!
THANK YOU!
