Went sledding today

Went "sledding" today (July 9) with makeship "sleds" made out of trash can liners. The kids had a blast.

I look at that snow mound and all i can think of is how my yard would like that melted snow!

There is plenty of snow in the local hills:

This one was taken at the same time.

We're going rafting tomorrow, but I'm guessing that the water will be freezing. :cold:

Which mountain range were those shot at?

Elkhead Mountains, just north of Craig CO. It's a rather small and obscure mountain range.
