Guinness World Records TV Tornado Clip

I cannot believe I just found this, but the coincidences just keep rolling for me lately anyways. This clip is something I've been trying to find for well over a decade now!! The first time I saw it was in 1999 or 2000 (can't remember) when there was a trivia segment on the TV show "Guinness World Records Primetime" that aired around 1998 to 2000. It was a question as to the fastest recorded windspeed on earth in km/h. The answer was the Moore OK F5 tornado on May 3, 1999 which had a DOW reading of 318 mph above the surface. The clip then shows footage of this incredible monster and some of it I have never found elsewhere hence the reason I sought the footage so much. I actually recorded it on VHS back when it first aired but unfortunately I have no idea if I still have it because I have too much content to sort through and its likely been taped over anyways. Another part of this coincidence was I was just thinking about the clip within the last month or so because I'm starting to search for some stuff on these VHS tapes. This clip was one of the items I wanted. Its about 3 minutes in length and has some known footage from Reed Timmer and maybe Jeff Piotrowski (I just got the DVD on his chase of it in 1999, incredible must-see). There however are some clips that I have never seen anywhere else and are really amazing including a few where its a perfect square shape with its satellite tornado, the oil pump right in front of it, and the Highway crossing when its at F5 stovepipe stage (Jeff got this insane footage too but closer up in front). It also has some Hurricane Andrew and damage footage in there as well. If anyone wants to see some rare footage, here it is.

It doesn't matter to me that its in Portuguese because it retains the same sound effects as the original. I can also translate the text. Its likely another country took the show and dubbed it and played it more recently than when it aired in North America. The way I found it though was a total fluke...I was searching for something totally unrelated and in the suggestions column that YouTube has messed around with, they now put general interest videos of other content you have viewed before. This clip happened to appear there and the only reason I clicked on it was because of the icon picture was Moore OK F5 (stovepipe stage). The title is really vague and searching for the footage online (I never did because I knew (or thought) it didn't exist, I haven't found much GWR footage to begin with and finding such a specific clip in an unknown episode was near impossible) would have not yielded this. I'd say the chances of stumbling on it were 1 in a million. If anyone knows who shot or where some of the footage came from, please post it. I believe its likely some is licensed footage.
