Thats one heck of a system, these type of systems are quite rare and this has a CDO so someone anlong the MS River is going to get alot of rain in Missouri and Illinois

Parts of those areas have had upwards of 6" by NexRad estimates. Temps have been in the mid 70s, a full 30 degrees cooler than this time last year when temps were around 105 every day.

That looks amazingly like the Southern Illinois "Derechocane" of May 8, 2009. Produced a lot of high end wind damage along its path from around Springfield, MO through southern Illinois.
