Almost sickeneing to watch the rise of the water in Deweyville. Very saddening too when you realize there is nothing that can be done to stop the destruction as the waters rise.

I was in Hurricane Agnes flood in 72. Growing up near Harrisburg, Pa. I feel the pain and the months of clean up. The smell that lingers as the fish flop on the streets and floors when the flood recedes. I hope for a speedy recovery for this town and many others that were flooded.
