Tornado Outbreaks and La Nina Possible Link

This is an interesting NOAA research article on the likelihood that La Nina conditions can be a factor in larger tornado outbreaks. Very interesting as we currently have La Nina. La Nina will probably linger into the spring, at least, so that matches up with the conditions of the 2011 deep south outbreak. Here is the paper link.
