Line of storms looks fully intact how fast it moves will dictate how much rain will fall.

Cap weakening along I-35W? Starting to get a lot of little popups from OK to almost Saginaw.

Forcing is spreading over the area and also there appears to be an area of convergence along I35. That might focus training storms out ahead of the main line.

Several big CC drops across southern and central OK the last couple hours. Probably several strong tornadoes

1045 PM CDT Sat Apr 27 2024

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 PM CDT FOR SOUTHEASTERN CARTER COUNTY...

At 1044 PM CDT, a large and extremely dangerous tornado was located over Ardmore, moving northeast at 30 mph.

This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris may be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes, businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete destruction is possible.

Locations impacted include... Ardmore, Lone Grove, Dickson, Springer, Gene Autry, and northwestern Lake Murray.

This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 26 and 43.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To repeat, an extremely dangerous and potentially deadly tornado is developing. To protect your life, TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a storm shelter, safe room, or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.
