Snow was pretty decent in Utah last January when I went skiing there--could have been more, but it was enough to ski without any trouble.

I love fall, my favorite season! Wish we had more of it here in the New Orleans area.

Looks like this weekend could be NICE here in Central Bama, depending on how strong this cold front is. GFS has highs here on Saturday in the low 70's and lows in the 40's. I doubt the low's will be correct, but I can always hope it will be!

Aw, c'mon, Jacki - we can build a
cyber-snowman!
Got down to 48°F, here, last night -
I raised the window over my bed.....hmmmm...
that may explain the sore throat, today,
but, awwww...I LOVE it! Weekend forecasts
call for mid-to-upper 70°'s for highs. I
can't wait!

*grins* cold does kill germs- but cold weather bring people indoors and in closer contact with eachother- which spreads the incidence of colds despite the rapid death of germs
I can't even imagine snow right now- but I live in Houston *Laughs* My husband and I are considering a trip back to Park City UT this winter- we went summer of 02 and adored it... and I've never seen snow on the ground aside form a snow bank (melting slowly) in the mountains in the summer.

Take a quick trip up here in January, you'll see enough snow to last you another 10 years!
