The damage looks pretty bad and my house would have been in the general path of this storm but thankfully nothing happenend. Supposedly it was very short lived and might have only been on the ground for 30 seconds or so. Scary thing is that there were no watches or warnings in effect at the time...just goes to show that you never know what can happen.
Here is a nice video clip from a local news station detailing the damage. When the clip aired they weren't sure if it was a tornado or just a downburst, but it's been ruled as a tornado by the NWS.
