The US riddled with ULL (Upper Level Lows)

I can't remember the last time there were 4 ULL's, 3 of them in the Eastern U.S. at one time, and to boot, one developing in the Eastern Atlantic.
The ULL's are in AZ/NV: one in WI, one in the Gulf Of Mexico (GOM), and one off the MA (Mid-Atlantic) Coast. (They're forming a diamond-shape pattern in regards to placement of the ULL's).
