I think the SPC may be a little overly optimistic on the storm potential today. Thoughts?

I think the SPC may be a little overly optimistic on the storm potential today. Thoughts?

I think its because of the large hail threat more than a tornado threat. Hail will be greater than golf ball size in the mod risk area today. BUt only a few tornadoes are expected.
